Follow these simple steps to integrate ProProfs Chat with MS Dynamic CRM:

 

Step 1. Login into ProProfs Chat.

 

Step 2. Go to Control Panel → Settings → CRM Integration → Microsoft Dynamics

 

Step 3. Click to enable Microsoft Dynamics.

Enter email, password and organization service URL , then click on save button.

 

 

Step 4. After completing this integration, any new leads from ProProfs Chat will get added to MS Dynamics.

How to get organization service URL from MS Dynamics 365 


Step1. Login into your MS Dynamics portal with your valid credentials.


Step2. Navigate to settings and then click on customization tab.

Step3.  Navigate to Developer Resources.

 

 

Step4.  Copy your Organization service URL from Organization service section.
