Bot Performance Report

 

Bot performance report enables admins to check and analyze the messaging bot performance over time. ProProfs Live Chat has this feature in place to assess their impact on chat interactions with the end-users.

 

The bot performance reports let you:

 

  • Compare each bot’s performance to help you better understand their impact.

  • Analyze the relevance of interactions with chatbots.

Here's what the report page looks like:

To monitor your bot’s performance:

Step 1: Go to Reports >> Bot in your ProProfs Live Chat account.

Step 2: On this page, you can access the performance reports of all your bots.

 

  • You can choose to view the performance of all or any particular bot from the dropdown list.

  • Also, you can check the total number of chats handled by the bot. The report also shows the number of valid and invalid conversations (such as spam).

  • You can analyze how engaging the bots are with this graph.

  • You also get a graphical representation of the total, valid, and invalid chats to assess their relevance quickly. You can view hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly charts as per your preference.
